Bruce Simon
Bruce graduated from Williams College, in Massachusetts with degrees in chemistry, geology, and tennis. After teaching high school chemistry, then teaching tennis and cross-country skiing, Bruce entered the real estate business in 1976. With fifteen years of experience under his belt working for other local firms, he developed the Fish Creek Center and opened Prime Properties of Jackson Hole in 1991.
Bruce has been involved in many different phases of the real estate business, including sales, subdivision design and development, property management, project and construction management, commercial development, investing retirement plan funds, purchasing mortgages at discounts, feasibility studies, limited partnerships, and more. Bruce prides himself in fairness, honesty and experience. He has personally supervised over
1200 real estate closings.

Ed
Scheer
An
associate broker with Prime Properties, was
raised in Florida and Jackson Hole.
After graduating from Rollins College in
Winter Park, Florida, Ed moved to Paris,
France before returning for an M.B.A. in
International Business from Rollins.
Previously, Ed has worked as a management
consultant in the fields of training,
development and leadership and as a
corporate account manager with a leader in
the financial, healthcare industry before
joining Prime Properties.
Presently
Ed is the designated broker of the Victor,
Idaho office, Prime Properties of Teton
Valley.
